Nice “CD - Dinkelacker” beer stein, of West German production, dating back to the 1960s. Manufactured, according to tradition, in stoneware, the mug, of cylindrical shape, has a capacity of 1 liter, and is provided with a wide handle. Bierkrüge as this one are still nowadays customized by producers, and supplied to pubs and festivals to serve their own beverages, for promotional purposes. Not showing any breaks, with only some traces of paint on the bottom, the piece for sale bears, printed on the side, the trademark of the ancient CD - Dinkelacker (literally, “field of spelt”) brewery of Stuttgart, established in 1888 by Carl Dinkelacker, and still running today within the Dinkelacker-Schwaben Bräu Group. For all beer maniacs, it must be said, a really... appetizing occasion!
