Nice “Schwaben Bräu” beer stein, of West German production, dating back to the 1960s. Manufactured, according to tradition, in stoneware, the mug, of cylindrical shape, has a capacity of 1 liter, and is provided with a wide handle. Bierkrüge as this one are still nowadays customized by producers, and supplied to pubs and festivals to serve their own products, for advertising purposes. The piece for sale, not showing any breaks, bears, printed in blue, the old graphics of the historical Schwaben Bräu brewery of Vaihingen, near Stuttgart, established in 1878 by Robert Leicht, and still running today. For all beer maniacs, it must be said, a really... appetizing occasion!
